Too much beef.
My food intake for the past few days went something like this:
Thursday: 22 oz. juicy Ribeye Steak from Mastro's for dinner.
Friday: Hamburger for lunch, Lawry's California Cut of Prime Rib for dinner.
Saturday: Roast beef sandwich for lunch, Korean BBQ Tenderloin + Kalbi.
I feel sick. Dr. Atkins would be proud of me though.
