Chocolate is better than ______.

Fill in your own blank.

I first tried Vosges chocolate in Vegas at Caesar's Forum. They have a plethora of exotic chocolates with curious ingredients such as curry, hot pepper and wasabi. I mean, I thought it was alright. It was interesting but kinda weird.

Last week I tried a bar of their Macha Green Tea chocolate... seriously it's so good I can't even write about it. It's so ridiculous how inexplicably pleasurable eating this chocolate is. I'm not even going to attempt it.

I picked up this insanely satisfying bar of chocolate at Coco Noche, a chocolate and wine bar in Manhattan Beach that serves Korean tapas. A seriously interesting mix. The food was really good but the dessert was extraordinary.

Working hard.

One of the things I love about my work are all of the extracurricular activities.

I've joined the March Madness Frenzy and pitched into the office pool. This is the first time I've done any type of sports betting so it's all new to me. Here is my bracket:

I am doing "alright"... didn't do too well the first round and USC beating Texas really screwed me over. But I'm in 12th place and still in a good position to move forward. We'll see *crosses fingers*

Outside of sports betting and happy hours, we also have sporting activities. I'm joining our softball league! Practice starts tomorrow so pictures to come~ I bought my softball glove, batting gloves, ordered my jersey. Woohoo. Exciting. Did I mention I've never played softball, ever? I did go to a batting cage with David once. He said I was awesome. I did hit more balls than him. (Sure mine was at a slower speed but he's a boy, he should be expected to hit at a full level higher than me) Then afterwards we played mini-golf and I won. Well, actually he won but that's because I gave him a do-over. Everybody knows girls are allowed 3 do-overs and boys are allowed none. :D :D

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.....

Finally, a picture of the 8830 or 8300 or Daytona or whatever the heck people are calling it!

It's been rumored that a full qwerty pearl was going to come out... usability of an 8700, sleekness of the pearl, wifi, GPS, 2.0mp camera and more. But when the pictures of the 8100 came out and there was no camera I was so disappointed. I gave up on the blackberry and invested wholeheartedly into the launch of the iPhone coming out in June.

But now a sneak peek into Blackberry's newest...

The screen is showing a video player... hmmm...

Look at how sleek this is.

Yes folks... that is a camera!! :)

Trying new things.

I'm trying a new creamer in my coffee today.

I used to add a splash of soymilk to my coffee but it caused it to cool too quickly. I take the soymilk fresh out of the fridge and adding it to the coffee immediately cooled it down to a drinkable temperature, but by the time I got to my desk it would get stale too quickly.

So today I thought, I'll just drink it black with splenda. But black coffee just looks gross. And when coffee looks gross, it tastes gross. I decided to try a creamer today. We have 4: Irish Cream, Hazelnut, Vanilla and regular half & half. I went with hazelnut.

Now my coffee is a weird orange-ish color and smells funny. It tastes yummy and is still piping hot, though.

Wait, is creamer dairy? :-O

EDIT:
Q: Does International Delight contain lactose?
A: No, International Delight does not contain lactose. However, it does contain sodium caseinate, a milk derivative.

Awesome.
