I bought what I thought to be Hello Kitty Seaweed packets from Nijiya to sprinkle over rice, until Elaine schooled me. Instead of sprinkling over rice, you are supposed to poor green tea in your rice and mix. Now it's one of my favorite instant lunches at work.
Start with some microwavable rice and green tea mix.
Sprinkle the mix over the rice, and fill with hot green tea. Can you see the Hello Kitty shaped seaweed on the top right?
Mix and enjoy.
